Folks, things that have changed in our environment have ravished our body, health and mental well-being.  This is why doing what used to work isn't as effective.

Gut issues? You stop sugar and take a probiotic but hardly improve.

Kids behavior? You change their diet, reduce food coloring, etc, barely notice a difference.

Manifesting? You write goals, make dream boards and chant your I am statements.... and boom! Nada

Weight?  You cut back on calories and move more... yet the scale doesn't represent your efforts....
